Last updated: 25 July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for an EaglesConnect Business Excellence Forum, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Earning Eagles operates a Professional Growth Ecosystem for MSMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs across India, including structured Business Excellence Forum meetups, MSME scheme guidance, OEM support, and knowledge sessions. Event details such as dates, venues, and seat availability are indicative and may be updated as required.

3. Registration & Fees

Participation in a forum requires registration and payment of the applicable fee shown for each meetup (fees are published in our event schedule and may change for special programmes). Registration is confirmed only after successful payment review. Your registration is for the named individual and event; please contact us in advance if you need to change the attendee or event.

4. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to engage respectfully with fellow members, speakers, and staff at all forums. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the spirit of a professional business network.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

All fees paid on this website — including event registration, annual pass, and membership — are non-refundable once booking or payment is submitted. Details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in our forums or use of information shared during our sessions.
