Refund Policy

All paid bookings on Earning Eagles Connect are final. Once payment is submitted, no refund is issued.

1. Scope

This policy applies to every paid transaction on this website, including:

  • EaglesConnect Business Excellence Forum / event registration fees
  • Annual event registration pass (₹499)
  • Membership plans (EEC Connect, EEC Business, EEC Growth)

Booking is treated as complete when you submit payment details and proof of payment (or complete the checkout steps shown on the site). CRM approval of your payment does not create a right to cancel or refund.

2. No refunds after booking

Fees are non-refundable in full once booking is done. This includes cancellation by you, change of mind, inability to attend, duplicate payment, incorrect plan selection, or no-show.

We do not offer cash refunds, partial refunds, or credit notes against amounts already paid.

3. Event date changes by Earning Eagles

If we postpone or cancel a forum, your registration is moved to the rescheduled date or to another upcoming forum we nominate. That transfer is the only remedy. There is still no cash refund of the event fee, annual pass, or membership fee.

4. GST and payment charges

GST (where charged) and payment-gateway or bank charges are not refundable.
